The service
AttivaGo is a personal daily-life companion offering meal ideas, hydration, activity, wellbeing tracking and local information, adapted to your country and language. By creating an account or using the website you agree to these terms.
Health and wellbeing disclaimer
AttivaGo provides general wellbeing and lifestyle information and tools. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice. Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, activity or treatment, and never ignore medical advice because of something you read in the app.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use AttivaGo unlawfully, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, scrape or resell content, upload harmful or unlawful material, or misuse the AI features to produce harmful content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions and payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled, and applicable taxes may be added.
Trials
Where a free trial is offered, its length and conditions are shown at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first payment is taken.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription screen; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further payments are taken. UK consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel a new purchase, which can be lost once digital content is supplied with your agreement. You can delete your account at any time from Profile.
Content accuracy
Recipes, nutrition values, substitutes, places, events and local information are estimates, AI-generated suggestions or demo content. Always confirm labels, allergens, prices and official information at the source.
Intellectual property
The AttivaGo name, design, software and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. Content you enter remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to store and display it back to you and to operate the service.
Availability of the service
We aim to keep AttivaGo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or events outside our control, and some content depends on third-party providers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from your reliance on general wellbeing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may add, change or withdraw features to improve the service. We may also update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use AttivaGo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
