About AttivaGo

Why AttivaGo exists

Moving to a new country changes the small things that make everyday life easy: where you shop, what you cook, how you get around and when you find time for yourself. AttivaGo was created by Brazilians living in the United Kingdom who felt that change first-hand. We wanted one calm place that helps people abroad eat better, drink enough water and move a little more each day — using food and places that actually exist where they live.

What we offer

A free everyday wellbeing app with meal ideas adapted to around 190 countries and 20 languages, hydration and activity reminders, nearby places to explore, and the AttivaGo Journal — practical articles about food, movement, habits and local life. Our eBook, Small Choices, Better Days, brings these ideas together in a simple printable guide.

How we create content

Journal articles are written and reviewed by the AttivaGo team and focus on practical, everyday guidance. We avoid weight-loss promises, medical claims and diagnoses. Where AI helps us translate articles or suggest meal ideas, we review the results and label demo figures clearly. We update articles when information changes and publish new pieces regularly.

Not medical advice

AttivaGo provides general wellbeing and lifestyle information. It is not a medical service. Please speak to a qualified health professional about medical conditions, allergies or significant dietary changes.

Who runs AttivaGo
